I have leased car with 2,000 miles. Got mail in tire said they couldn’t plug it…cost me $170 + to replace tire. I Went back next day in am was told tire was ordered and would be in at Got mail in tire said they couldn’t plug it…cost me $170 + to replace tire. I Went back next day in am was told tire was ordered and would be in at 8 am….tire was not delivered until 2 pm! Robert was great but I felt sorry that he knew how frustrated I was and none of the problems was his fault , I could have worked that day and made over $200 !! Your dealership has gone down the drain…wish I had listened and went to another place to lease a car because of Toyotas chip problems it is obvious you are struggling and cannot provide customer quality services!! More

just now NEW The worst experience ever… twice. . went to Punta Gorda location and I was lied to and suckered in by a false gimmick only to be belittled… two weeks later they run a similar gimmick i . went to Punta Gorda location and I was lied to and suckered in by a false gimmick only to be belittled… two weeks later they run a similar gimmick in Bradenton so I contacted them and of course they made it sound amazing, I was told on line that I wouldn’t have anything to worry about and this deal was “ bulletproof “.. voiced my concerns about being lied to before and I was told “ I am absolutely positive you’re good, we have all the tools to make it happen”… they even said that with the sales campaign it was a no brained… bait and switch.. the so called voucher and the so called deals never applied and I was told so twice on my visit. I came in to buy a used affordable car instead they try to sell me one that I couldn’t afford and gave me impossible numbers at twice the price.. I kept all the previous conversations with them and their promises made on line , text messages and emails and make a complaint to Toyota USA… it’s not right to deceit the consumers… the worst is when they smile at you after keeping you there and wasting your time knowingly they can’t help and ask you for ridiculous amounts of money to put down knowing it’s impossible and make it look like they are doing you a favor. And just before you walk out the door they tell you with a smirk that they will get back to you after they can talk to the higher ups to get you a great deal… really??!!!… horrible horrible experience… More
