Not very thorough. Went for a pre-purchase inspection; tech missed a valve cover oil leak, and the fact that the radio and dash clock weren’t working. Tech found other items requiring attention, so he did the inspection. Just not very thorough, which is not what you wanna deal with whether you own the car, or especially if you’re planning on buying it… Also I asked to speak to the tech before he completed the inspection, as based on what he found, I may want more diagnostics done (on my dime). That never happened. More

Brought my car there to be repaired, I completely understand the length of time it took for my car to be repaired due to hurricane Ian. When Blair Smith called to tell me my car was finished a month understand the length of time it took for my car to be repaired due to hurricane Ian. When Blair Smith called to tell me my car was finished a month later I asked if my car was perfect because I was coming from a little but of a distance to pick up. I get there only to find my bumper not attached properly but a nice dent in what was supposed to be a brand new lift gate. He seemed perfectly fine with it and I told him it was completely unacceptable and I wouldn't accept it. He then proceeded to tell me he could order me 10 new ones and they all could have dents. I told him I wouldn't accept the car till it was done perfect. 3 days later My car was completely finished and the work is to my satisfaction, but I felt as thought Blair was very unprofessional overall.
