The work was done well and the personnel were friendly. However, David Ridgway could use a great deal of remedial training in the use of voicemail. I left him FIVE (5) messages and he did not return one call. The only call he made to me was to inform me of an open appointment. Then it was total radio silence. That's a terrible approach to customer service. That is why I will not recommend Gettel Collision to future customers and friends. More

The customer service rep was great however the mechanic took too long for minimal service. I was there from 7 A to 10:30 A. I don’t think your are too mindful of a customers time.
