Worst dealer experience of my life! Would absolutely never buy a car there if you paid me. Max in finance is rude and must hate his job. I left with no paperwork and a blank hard drive( Would absolutely never buy a car there if you paid me. Max in finance is rude and must hate his job. I left with no paperwork and a blank hard drive(didn't know it was blank until later) for all my financial paperwork. Then after paying for a new tag, had to drive on an expired tag for 3 weeks because no one filed the paperwork or knew where it was. I only received a tag after I was pulled over by the police and explained my situation with emails between me and Joy the salesperson to validate my story. I am a single windowed mother of two and they causes me so much stress and worry for absolutely no reason. Love my car, hate the dealership. More
