I am looking to pull a small trailer & asked about installing an Electric Brake Controller & was informed that “Safety Item” is not available from Toyota. But it maybe available “On line”. Which it installing an Electric Brake Controller & was informed that “Safety Item” is not available from Toyota. But it maybe available “On line”. Which it is. , so why can I not get a cost for installing this item? 2. I also would like to know how can I determine what the message “”take Car to dealer means” or similar message on the vehicle Screen means I was only in town for a brief time.
