Reluctantly I took my Tundra back into the dealer for the 100,000 mile service. It was a big bill due to having all the fluids changed, oil change, all the filters, brake rotors turned and belts replaced. It 100,000 mile service. It was a big bill due to having all the fluids changed, oil change, all the filters, brake rotors turned and belts replaced. It was 2631.20. The assistant manager "Mike" kept touting that he saved me 100.00. While thankful for 100.00 discount, they didnt even wash the vehicle after having it from 0800 in the morning till approximately 4:30 pm. But, my real problem is that after I dropped my vehicle off, I recieved a phone call from a guy named "John" that stated he noticed 4 rock chips in my glass in front of the drivers side line of view. He also said he can get that taken care of for me, just provide picture ID and insurance info. I said sure. American Auto Glass (AAG) came out to install an AFTERMARKET windshield, however the glass was defective and could not be installed. Round two started Friday May 2, AAG came out installed AFTERMARKET glass again. Staurday morning I got in my truck and started off to work when I noticed that looking through the glass, it was as if I was wearing bifocals! I don't wear prescription glasses or contacts. I called AAG immediatly and told them the issue. They sais it would be next Thursday to repair the glass. I informed them I use my vehicle for my business and that time fram was unacceptable. "Jennifer" with AAG stated she spoke to a manager and they would be out first thing (5 May) Monday morning. Today is Monday and guess who is not showing up. I recieved a call from another lady from AAG (Valerie??) and she said it would be late afternoon now. I said ok, however I want OEM TOYOTA glass to be installed. They said that they would have to check with the insurance company for approval. Meanwhile, I called "John" to express my frustration with this mess since he initiated the whole deal. Needless to say, no call back, no text, crickets. So now I have a vehicle that is not safe to operate, which I require for my small business. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! I would think Gettel Toyota would have better business practices than this. I said in my previous post that Venice Toyota was a much better dealership, Gettel just got my last dollar! More

After coming to a deal higher than the internet sales team, Chad called 2 you’re before scheduled pickup not able to find the paper work. Additionally, since we live in a different state we requested additional temporary tags and no one is responding to us after we purchased the vehicle. We spent a lot of time and money researching our vehicle and finally deciding on the right one, I wished the dealership gave us a little better customer service. More
I had a great experience with the service department and managers. They were nothing but professional courteous and very pleasant to work with. I recommend gettle Toyota for services to your car. BUYER BEWARE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OUT OF STATE. First off, do not deal with Sage one of the salesmen or Brian Johnson the GSM. They are both con artist and will do anything DEALERSHIP OUT OF STATE. First off, do not deal with Sage one of the salesmen or Brian Johnson the GSM. They are both con artist and will do anything to sell you a vehicle. Second this dealership DOES NOT stand by their vehicles. I purchased an almost $80,000 2024 Toyota Tundra Platinum Hybrid back in June with 4 miles on it. Guess what….. when giving the vehicle its first wash a couple days after receiving, I noticed chips in the paint along the entire driver side, driver side windows, rear tailgate, and tail lights felt like sand paper from chipping. The chips were well hidden because the truck is white and was VERY DIRTY when dropped off. The truck was brought to multiple body shops for an inspection because of course Gettel Toyota wanted to blame the transporter. Upon investigation by these multiple body shops, given the location of the chips and how deep they were in the paint, every shop stated there was essentially no way this type of damage occurred during transport. The GM’s exact words were “ the truck could have very well been damaged before transport, but since you signed the bill of landing, that takes all responsibility off the dealership.” Well to sum up the story, I received a brand new truck that ended up costing almost $30,000 in damages to repair paint and parts. Along with that I now have a brand new truck with a bad carfax. Moral of the story, they knew this vehicle was damaged without a doubt, yet took advantage of the fact that I was unable to see the truck before purchasing because I’m located in Michigan. They knew they wouldn’t sell this vehicle to somebody in state, so they discounted it and sold it to me. THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY JUST WANT TO MOVE CARS AND MAKE MONEY! I learned the hard way, but who would ever think that buying a brand new vehicle they would be dealing with $30,000 in damages?! To add to this nightmare, it took the dealership almost a month after receiving a wire from my financial institution to even ship the vehicle! I then had to go through 3 temporary plates, driving on them after they expired because their finance department is hands down the laziest group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Martin, specifically does NOT do his job. The fact they could do something like this and get away with it is incredible. Purchase elsewhere, especially if you’re out of state. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! More
Salesman Marcos was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable concerning the 24 Tacoma I wanted to purchase. Other staff were ok as well. He was very knowledgeable concerning the 24 Tacoma I wanted to purchase. Other staff were ok as well. More
