I was extremely impressed with the contact and updates I had received from the service department and Scott. When it was Scott’s day off I was still updated! They had performed a wheel balance and rotation had received from the service department and Scott. When it was Scott’s day off I was still updated! They had performed a wheel balance and rotation to rid of my wheel shake. They also had attempted to repair my charging pad even though it doesn’t work still I will go back and have no issue taking it back. It is difficult to find a good service department but I was impressed with them! More

They lied about the car. It's a 2021 with 3 previous owners. Listed as lease car in silver color. When we bought it, they changed color from silver to red on paperwork. They It's a 2021 with 3 previous owners. Listed as lease car in silver color. When we bought it, they changed color from silver to red on paperwork. They also put a clear coat on it! Why would they do that unless when they got it from auction and it was a wreck. They are shady people. We were told cost would be 31,000 out the door if we bought right then. We did and still paid over 35,000. I think because we are elderly and handicap we were taken advantage of. I am very upset the KBB value is 26,000. We were scammed.Never again will I go to Gettel. More
