I had recall work done in earl May but the two front sensors weren’t calibrated correctly causing them to send constant alerts to the driver at each stopping the vehicle made. I returned the vehicle and left it for the day to be fixed. I called & left multiple messages about when the vehicle would be ready, but no one returned my calls. Finally at 5:00 pm I called & the front desk told me it was ready for pickup. Very unhappy with service… I expected a text, email, or phone call letting me know it was ready earlier in the day. More

It just so happened that my 23 Corolla Hybrid was due for it's 15,000 mile check-up when I arrived in Florida. I made the appointment and when I went it was done within an hour, (enough time for breakfast do it's 15,000 mile check-up when I arrived in Florida. I am leaving to go to Indiana today, (1300 miles), and I'm glad that Toyota gave my car a free check up before the trip! More

Brian and Dwayne did an excellent job explaining the different options they have in their collection. I must admit that I was a Chevrolet person and did not want a Toyota Tundra. But the way those two different options they have in their collection. I must admit that I was a Chevrolet person and did not want a Toyota Tundra. But the way those two showed me the different features that the Toyota Tundra provided, I could not walk off the lot without getting me a truck.
