We get there Saturday morning and David had some emergency we were told and there sits the car not even touched The Ugly: I go inside to talk to Ryan Barnstead (Sales Manager) to ask him about the check and the car not being detailed he gets real defensive and says I have been nothing but a Big Dick Head since we purchased the car and a salesman (Patrick) was very polite and said he would get the car detailed so my wife and I went out for breakfast as we come from Sarasota and weren’t going to drive back without the car When we got back the car was basically detailed but the headlight covers were still discolored David had said that would be taken care of but when we asked we were told that Ryan B had said that was not included in the contract I think this basically explained the 1 star More
