Dealer replaced both front bearings and struts my parts provided. Vehicle received an alignment as well. Car was returned with chattering in the right front. Mechanic confronted me with attitude before test driving my vehicle to diagnose issue. He questioned why i was replacing parts instead of diagnosing the issue himself. Then the van was returned to me and the mechanic didnt say anything to me and walked away while the service associate explained one of my front struts was defective. I left with a sound in my vehicle that wasnt there before i left it with the dealership. My vehicle still needs to be repaired after spending $1100 on 2 bearing replacements, 2 front struts replaced and an alignment that is way off. My vehicle seems unsafe to drive and going to repair myself. Not impressed with the mechanic at all More
