Unauthorized service, may have to take legal action if not resolved! I have consulted an attorney and I will give dealer a chance to refund unauthorized charges before I take legal action! I’m completely astonished how they could even think of scamming consumers and expect to get away with it! I am still waiting on my refund check for over charges that we agreed on, I will be satisfied if it comes in before the credit card bill that I was over charged with. More

Sierra was on back order but came in 3 months early, which was good. The XLE has far more bells and whistles than we would normally use, but you take what you can get in this market. Had to bring the v which was good. The XLE has far more bells and whistles than we would normally use, but you take what you can get in this market. Had to bring the van back the next day for window tint and surface treatment. We were tol a couple of hours wait and it ended up being five! But for the most part we are satisfied with our purchase.
