I was very pleased with our Sales person, Birgit Moenkemoeller. Personally, as a woman, I hate buying automobiles. There are usually high powered salesmen who approach me as I walk in and after the Moenkemoeller. Personally, as a woman, I hate buying automobiles. There are usually high powered salesmen who approach me as I walk in and after the greeting and small talk they start asking about what you are looking for and then they go off on the technical jargon that I could care less about, but my husband seems to understand. When we finally test drive the chosen vehicle, the salesman plays the game with the price and having to get "Manager Approval" before anyone can commit to anything. Back and forth until I want to scream. It's tedious, time consuming and makes me want to leave. Birgit was different! Being a woman she new how to talk and explain or demonstrate things that a woman could appreciate. She didn't haggle back and forth about the price, but did have to pull in 1 manager to complete the sale. The Dealership should give the sales people the ability to finalize and approve the price without the" back and forth show" to wear down the customer. I appreciated Birgit's control when the sales manager did the final negotiation as we were getting impatient and getting ready to leave! I hope this Dealership appreciates Birgit because without her, they would probably have lost the deal. The car was for me and she knew who to focus on and what bells and whistles to emphasize for me! I only hope the service department is also knowledgeable about treating women who bring their car in for oil changes or other maintenance routines! Thank you Birgit, for making this the most enjoyable auto deal I have experienced in the last 20 years! Keep it up! I will send all my female friends your way! BTW...your business manager, Rhiannon, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made that part of the experience fast and efficient! She's a gem too---better keep her!
