John Tremblay was great, but with an appointment it was nearly 2 hours for an inspection and tire rotation. Why with an early morning appointment (9am) does it still take so long? Did not make clear Gettel advantage could only be used here. Since we registered the car in Maine, as we are from there, it should have been made clear it could only be used at Gettel.
