Had a tire going flat, Gettel Toyota dealer fixed it, and got me back on road quickly. Note I originally purchased tires and road hazard from Tire Kingdom Punta Gorda FL, which I went to first in person at 7 got me back on road quickly. My first time their, I made an appointment arrived on time for a tire rotation only, told me it would be an hr. It ended up being 1 hr 40 min. They told me they were backed up. I have owned Toyota vehicles for the last 15 years. Will never go their again. Also left 3 messages over the course of 5 days to get someone to call me back to schedule this service call. On the 4th call they tried to put me in a service voice mail again I refused and asked to speak to someone immediately. Surprised the lady that answered my initial call was able to schedule my appointment not sure why that didn't happen on my first call. Again will never do business their again. More
