Lack of communication ! ! Call to see if vehicle was done because no one had called to let my son know it was done . Dropped car off at 7:45 and at 3:30 still no call . He ca ! I returned with a reoccurring issue. Amber was patient, attentative, and an immediate problem solver. She was also knowledgeable and empathetic towards me. I couldn't ask for a better as Amber was patient, attentative, and an immediate problem solver. She was also knowledgeable and empathetic towards me. I couldn't ask for a better assistant service manager that day. To be honest I had made up my mind that I'm only coming back to fix this reoccurring problem, then I would take my car elsewhere for service.
