My husband passed and I took his truck in to sell it after a year of them calling to buy it. Was told they would match offer from auto nation. Lied! Was told after I signed title that the check would after a year of them calling to buy it. Was told they would match offer from auto nation. Lied! Was told after I signed title that the check would be mailed to me and I would have it Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.. Called Tuesday and I was told they wouldn’t even be cutting it till 4:00 Tuesday and they would mail it Wednesday. I should have it by next week. Another lie! I was told they would take off the bed rack and tent and have it back to me by Tuesday. I called Tuesday and I was told they hadn’t even taken it off yet. Had to threaten them with a scene in the lobby to get it Tuesday. They knew I was leaving town on Wednesday. They finally brought it out to me. The tent was brand new and now has 6 gouges in the top and they did not return any of the hardware they took off. Run don’t walk from any Gettel dealership. I should have gone with Auto nation. They were going to bring the check with them and take the tent off in my drive. More
