Took my car in for detailing said it would be ready in 3 hours went back in 4 hours had not started on it so waited then when it was finished they did not vacuum it and I paid for a 5-year detailing then wa hours went back in 4 hours had not started on it so waited then when it was finished they did not vacuum it and I paid for a 5-year detailing then wanted to tell the service manager about it they said he would call me never did after three different calls still no call from him also while I was there I want to talk to him about buying a new van Sienna all they could do is tell me I might have one in a month do you want to buy it cuz it'll be sold when it gets here why would I want to buy something I can't see or drive this dealership is went way downhill I've bought two new vehicles there and never again More
