Not happy with cost of $400 labor cost to replace a $5. 00 part. Needed car by end of day & had to call at 4:00 to ask for status. I had a serious problem with brake lines and also a lift gate (hatch). Very pleased with service from Mike and although it took a few days the technician made sure the wheelchair van was ready for the road gate (hatch). Came in for oil change and screw in tire. Oil change fine. Tire could not be repaired . Had to buy new one. Fine. All tires previously bought from Gettel and under warranty. Service person sa Oil change fine. Tire could not be repaired . Had to buy new one. Fine. All tires previously bought from Gettel and under warranty. Service person said nothing. After 9 calls I finally got through to someone in service. They said someone would call . I sent an email to the service manager . He replied saying screw is road hazard and would follow up in 24 hours. It has now been several days. I sent another email. No response. This is service? What has been done regarding the road hazard?
