Very disappointed in the service the last couple of times I’ve had my car serviced. This last service was the worst. I had a 10 am appointment and it took 2 and a half +hours for a tire rotation. Would have I’ve had my car serviced. This last service was the worst. I had a 10 am appointment and it took 2 and a half +hours for a tire rotation. Would have taken longer if I hadn’t ask to speak to a manger. Then I only got excuses. Think you have a scheduling problem. The maintenance works are probably ok. Have always been highly satisfied until last couple of services but am strongly thinking about taking my vehicle to a different location next time. More
