They were very pleasant but never found the problem. Bought my car on May 10 took it back on June 26. Because of my car completely stopping and engine going off. In the middle of traffic was very scary. This happened 3 different times. When I took it to them they said there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Also my phone charging station wasn’t working and they said it wasn’t so they Are ordering the part then I have to take it back. Told me to call them back if it happened again. Not Satisfied at all. I have had Toyotas before and never had an issue. This is brand new only had 17 miles on it and now I’m afraid to drive and will it cause an accident? More

Your service department was very accommodating with my appointment time since I was unable to get there for the originally set time. Also, They we're also able to do an oil change on a 2nd car without an appointment time since I was unable to get there for the originally set time.
