The service last week was excellent, very timely, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I have been in IT for over 40 years, and I don't like unsolicited surveys like this one. If it was not for the excellent work by Luke Bezuyen I would not have bothered to answer. I know the data is helpful to you, however, it's time consuming for me even though it's not a long survey. The bottom line is that "I don't work for you", and I don't get paid to do this. So, if I don't respond to another survey, it is because I see no value in it for the customer. More
Dropped my car off at 8:45 am - they let me know it would be 2-3 hours max. They were doing tire rotation and recalls. Returned to the dealer at 11:45 saw my vehicle sitting outside figured it was done. Wh be 2-3 hours max. They were doing tire rotation and recalls. When I went to the service desk after waiting another 10-15 minutes to even be helped I was told it hasn’t even been brought into the shop yet !! (Customer service rep wanted to have an attitude as well..) I have purchased 2 vehicles from you and was about to get a 3rd in the upcoming 2 weeks. But will take my service elsewhere. . More
