I leased a Highlander 4 months ago from this dealership, paid $7500 down. I talked to the salesperson the very next day and told him I hated the SUV. I have been back many times to try and get them to take paid $7500 down. I talked to the salesperson the very next day and told him I hated the SUV. I have been back many times to try and get them to take the car back and return my $7,500 or at least half of it. I even went down to their Punta Gorda dealership and tried to get them to ground the lease and get a GMC Acadia or Terrain. No deal. They refuse to help me without asking me for a lot more money and a higher payment. Therefore, my mistake. It will never happen again! Basically, I am stuck with this miserable vehicle for 3 years with no recourse other than to tell everyone I know to steer clear of them. More
