Once I arrived at dealership I was greeted right away then within 5 minutes I was in the service advisor office we discussed what easy to do on line. Disappointed in this dealership. There was no follow up from our Salesman after the vehicle was purchased. We were called that the vehicle was ready for pickup and paperwork. In truth the vehicle wasn't prepped and none of the aftermarket items were installed. We had to return for completion of the remaining aftermarket items. They misrepresented the extended warranty that they sold us. They stated it was a vehicle service contract directly through Toyota. It ended up being a 3rd party product. Very disappointed in this dealerships practices. More
