My service rep reviewed with me what was going to be done. He gave me a time frame for the completion of service which turned out to be almost to the minute. I felt he had my best interests in mind. While I really liked the truck I purchased and thought the pricing was reasonable, it was the treatment by the sales team, specifically Bernardo and his manager that closed the deal.
