The Salesman Terry was very nice and knowledgeable! Enjoyed working with him! Everyone was very nice, although I did feel pressured to add Warranty Items from Dan. I said “No thank you” several times and was ready to leave, but because Terry had worked with me all afternoon I did not want Terry to lose a sale. Also, I was not happy with the false advertising on the internet. There was no mention that the many RAV4’s listed on the internet site were not actually at the Dealership. I clicked on a vehicle I liked and got a trade value for my 2019 Highlander and after daily calls from many folks from the dealership decided to go take a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in. It appeared I would have a lower payment than my current Highlander payment which was one of my goals besides the better mileage. I get to the Dealership and there is only one $43k Hybrid there to test drive (2022). Way out of my price range. Another vehicle becomes available because someone backed out of their deal and this is the auto I purchased hesitantly because I was told it takes 3 mos to get a 2022 RAV4 XLE. Then the next surprise was the additional Dealer Fee of approximately $4k. I was told all Dealerships are charging this. I am going to call other Dealerships today to verify. Bottom Line is that Terry is a Wonderful Sales Person and he is the only reason I left with that vehicle! I did not want to have wasted his time, courtesy and knowledge! I may be returning the vehicle tomorrow if your dealership is not able to get my payments under $500 per month. I will be writing the Corp Office regarding the deceitful advertising. Other Toyota Dealerships state plainly that vehicles “are coming soon” or have a cover over the vehicle advertised since it is not available. The only reason I came to your Dealership was due to the large amount of inventory you advertised. Again- Do not take anything away from Terry! He is Awesome and you are lucky to have had him for 3 years! More

When I come in for service I am always greeted very pleasantly in the service area. The waiting area is nice just a little too noisy with all the TVs going!!
