I met Kevin Ward upon arrival at Gettel; He was extremely helpful on helping me find the car that i wanted. I picked an RAV4, but they did not have color i wanted. After discussions and some paperwork, the helpful on helping me find the car that i wanted. I picked an RAV4, but they did not have color i wanted. After discussions and some paperwork, the s car i wanted was ordered, was supposed to arrive on the 18 of Feb. plus or minus weather conditions, and The transporter having no problems. car did arrive on the 18th. i went in morning of 19th to test drive it, do all the paperwork, and complete necessary transactions. Kevin was extremely helpful through the whole process without being pushy. He explained very thoroughly the car controls. no one has taken the time to be that thorough with previous cars i bought from Gettel. that's been 4 in the 18 plus years i've lived in Bradenton. i felt very comfortable with our complete transaction, and i can get pretty picky. I would trust talking to him about a new car again, if the need ever arises. He's a good man, and i can't say that about a lot of salesmen i've dealt with in the past. Gettle has been very good to me, and if i ever buy another car it will be from GETTEL. Thank you, Danny Patt More
