We live in Lakeland, but made the hour ++ drive to Bradenton specifically to go to this dealership. I spent the prior week online researching both the Prius & Camrys. I had really good phone conversations with Shelby M. who was very friendly & helpful with all my questions, but most of all, there was no "hard sell" as with other dealerships I was also talking to. Tracy Peters ended up being our sales Consultant when we arrived. We took up quite a bit of her time, as we had lots of questions about the Prius technology. We actually ended up with a new Highlander---we currently have a 2002 Highlander that has never given us a bit of trouble. We feel we got a good price on the new car & also a fair and reasonable price for our trade. There were NEVER any high pressure tactics (which we hate) and everyone made us feel like part of the family. Tracy was wonderful & we'll be back to see her in a couple of years when we pick up a Prius. There is no question that we highly recommend this dealership for sales & we hope to have the same great experience with their service department. More

The finance department took the time to explain all of the options to me in great detail so that I knew exactly what each option consisted of and the cost for these items were fair. The parts department has been wonderful to deal with and at no time did I feel that I needed any unnecessary items. The service department has been very friendly and delivered the car in beautiful condition and has gone out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I can’t say enough about this dealer and would not hesitate and have not hesitated to refer my friends to them for their car buying needs. More
