After speaking with Chris and Freddy, I understand that the only way you would have the $1600 service done was if we paid the $500 car rental bill that you had already agreed to, so you really only wanted to pay $1100 for a $1600 service. I understand and I walked away but prior to that your Associate Chris Morelli refused to help me in so many ways that it was very obvious with an overly aggressive way. When I ask him to turn me over to another associate it felt like he wanted to bite my head off….Now back to pricing …I found out that other Toyota dealers are less expensive for the same job.Which is very unacceptable. My Experience with Gettel Toyota was terrible and unacceptable. They were Overly aggressive, rude, non existent Customer Service and they didn’t have a real trained manager just a bunch of rude people. Gettel Toyota Lakewood is a terrible environment if you end up negotiating a price …They only want your money. They are lying about the cost of rental, The Shop needed 2 days to fix my car the cost of rental per day Was $45 plus the previous days I had the car it would have been $300 not $500 not $600 Also I offered to pay half the cost of the rental too,but I’m not surprised with your price assessment coming from a dealership that inflates the prices all the time. When I brought the car prior to this visit 25 days ago at first I overpaid by few hundred dollars comparing with Another dealer.They were supposed to inspect the car and let me know about the future problem. Yet they didn’t ,you just wanted to grab the money with minimum effort. I just don’t think you are a good dealership and lots of clients avoid your service I just didn’t know,I will never buy a car from this dealership in my life, …also I would be an advocate against them to other potential clients that want to buy from Gettel Toyota. I will post everything online your behaviour that day and the whole experience needs to be published. You know University Parkway is a very small community but they talk and get referrals all the time! I have recorded the whole experience and will post it online.Clients shouldn’t be treated that way!
