It was signed by my husband that took the car in for me as I had a dr appt. Future service will be done by me or both of us. In the meantime, I still have a squeaking side mirror and a seat that won’t go back.

I am sorry you didn't have a positive experience Rick. It looks like we did a Multi Point Inspection which we do on every vehicle that we service. It looks Your vehicle failed the battery test. It is certainly your option to use the information we give you. Again I am sorry if you didn't want the test results.
