Service has declined. The last visit was the worst. Over 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes to an hour at check in line. No apology just excuses. Car not washe The last visit was the worst. Over 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes to an hour at check in line. No apology just excuses. Car not washed and wiper blades falling apart yet inspected? No discussion, just a text message when my truck was finally done. Cabin air and engine filters have never been replaced. No mention. A service employee noticed the truck still had Patrick's name tag and another sticker when I was leaving. He then offer to take my truck back through the carwash. Service at GettleToyota of Lakewood has opportunities. More
