I made today’s 40,000 mile service appointment two weeks ago. I expected to have an oil change with the service and a car wash. Once we arrived at our appointment time, the vehicle was in Blake Alan Neely’ ago. I expected to have an oil change with the service and a car wash. Once we arrived at our appointment time, the vehicle was in Blake Alan Neely’s hands. He did not explain to me that they would not be doing the oil change, but only tire rotation. Why would I need a tire rotation when the tires have been on my car less than two months? After waiting over an hour, I watch Blake sign out two customers that came in after my appointment, and saw him actually give one gentleman my car fob. Thirty minutes later, I went and asked Blake when my service would be completed. He stated that I should have received a text. I had not received a text to tell me I could pick up my car, only the initial text from Paul Schaefer. Blake said Paul left after that initial text, then why didn’t Blake contact me? Car was not washed, was not pulled into the exiting driveway, and we waited longer than we needed too. Usually I’m extremely pleased with my car service, but not this time. More
