Although they missed seeing a second bent rim and I had to take the vehicle back again, I believe they really tried to solve the problem. But ultimately, the problem is still there. Michelle was great! Once she was associated with my vehicle, the experience was efficient and quick. I was in for my first service on my new RAV4. When I arrived in the service lane earlier than my appointment, I was told that my George would be in at 11:00, and I should wait the 1/2 hour for him. By 11:15 I checked the lane and the gentleman told me that Michelle was my new rep. I went to Michelle and she had started my service and we were underway. She said the service should be done and my car ready by 1:00. I found a place to eat lunch and walked there. Michelle called me at 12:00 and let me know the car was ready. I called Uber and picked my car up. The plastic seat protector was in my seat and the paper floor mat was in the car but your lane man showed me the trash van. As I mentioned, Michelle and the tech who serviced my RAV4 were great! But, suggestions might be, Quick lane for quick work. Wash the cats after service work. And take the plastic and paper out of the car when finished. I am in the service business, sold cars for 7 years, and Jim might expect more from such an expensive outlay. Ken Garcia More
