Customer No. 859327, service writer did not follow through with notifying me when service of vehicle was completed. Waited an additional two hours needlessly afte 859327, service writer did not follow through with notifying me when service of vehicle was completed. Waited an additional two hours needlessly after service was completed. Completed a complaint form on their web site the same evening and have not received a response. Appears management’s customer service is reflective of the service departments performance. More
