I flew in from out of state last Sunday to find that our car here was running really rough, and the check engine light was flashing. I called Monday morning and was able to drop my car off to be worked into their schedule. I was able to get a rental car immediately on site. The job was completed on Tuesday. But best of all was Michelle (Wynn, I think) because of her excellent customer service. She understood how frazzled I was, having arrived for just a week’s vacation and needing a quick solution. She was calm and helpful. This was the best experience I have had at any car dealer, ever. Thank you, Michelle! More

I was greeted by a young lady in the garage. I was early for my appointment. I wish she would have told me it was a problem. I was told to fill out paper work and leave it on the seat and sit in I was early for my appointment. I wish she would have told me it was a problem. I received a text message about 30minutes later saying that this person was my rep and if I had questions I could text. An hour went by I asked for an update. Never had met anyone face to face. No one asked what I needed or offer more services nothing. Finally after 3 hours and being annoyed because I saw people greeted face to face and offered drinks and really had good customer service. I texted my rep and said I had been there for 3 hours I’m getting upset. It was just an oil change! The rep told me to come see him. I had no idea who he was so that was another conversation! He gave me my keys and told me not to worry about the oil change. That was nice. I was happy again but I will not come back. More
