Make appointment, go in on appointment day, I am told that they never scheduled me. Then they tell my wife that squeeky/scraping brakes on a new car is normal! Lol! Then they detail my interior and make it worse!! Worst of all, is the attitude received every single time I speak with Scott in service!!! Have spent hours trying to contact a manager to get some resolution to these issues. Have spent days trying to schedule all of this work! They never return calls! The list goes on. Got an appraisal, talked to a manager, asked my payoff, have me an off, I came back 2 days later, after I made a payment because it was due, so my payoff was lower, another manager came over and told me they can not pay me what I was quoted, they paid less, then told me it can take 4-6 weeks to get the money from them after they payoff the truck. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THEM, SNAKES. Do not. They will screw you over. More

I had some damage done to my new 2021 Ram truck by a glass repair company and Rolando from Ghent fixed my truck hood with his amazing skills! I am Bragging about Ghent Cheverolet in Greeley, Colorado. I had a Oil & Filter change this past Wednesday, 23Feb20. Colton, Scott,Service department and the Ron the service Manager all went out o Colorado. I had a Oil & Filter change this past Wednesday, 23Feb20. Colton, Scott,Service department and the Ron the service Manager all went out of their way the Extra Mile to help me. They always go the Extra Mile. I accidentally gave them the incorrect Ghent Chevrolet COUPON and they refunded the difference the next day!!! Over the last 54 years of driving, I have had bad experiences from vehicle dealerships and stayed away from them. After moving back to Greeley, I heard that Ghent Chevrolet goes the EXTRA MILE, so I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado there for warranty Maintence. I left there for a few days so they could diagnose the engine or rear end problems. Their mechanic diagnosed the truck computer was the problem and replaced it. They didn’t try Con me that I would have to pay some crazy amount for the repairs. You must bring your vehicles to them…. More

The Customer Service delivered by Mark (Manage Shop: Recently I took my new Honda for a collision repair at the Ghent Chevrolet Collision Center. The Customer Service delivered by Mark (Manager) - Emily (Administrative) and Rollando (Repair Tech) was outstanding. The process was made simple and easy by Mark and Emily and the repair work done by Rollando was OUTSTANDING. The experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for repair needs if you should have an unfortunate vehicle accident. Great work all and thank you so much! More
I would like to start off by saying the initial car purchase went fine. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and kind, the buying process took a few hours but went smoothly. The 2021Tahoe I purchase went fine. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and kind, the buying process took a few hours but went smoothly. The 2021Tahoe I purchased had the wrong door from the manufacturer. It wasn’t a big deal, it had the wrong trim package and you could see it but I was assured the manufacturer had the right down in transit and the door would be replaced in a few weeks. This was in April 2021. I started calling monthly in June. I spoke with both the body shop and my sales guy who were going to call me back, no one ever did. I called a couple weeks later with the same thing, no one would call me back. In august I went to the body shop in person and asked what was going on since no one seemed to know when I called and I was told that the door had been there but there was a rental car shortage but within a week or two someone would be in touch. I waited until mid October and started calling again. Again, basically information and kept getting the run around. Finally I spoke to someone in November that said she was new and would look into what was going on and would call me back. It took a few days but she finally got back to me and said they have had the door and had no idea why. I was told that they would paint the door by Friday and if I dropped my car off Monday it would be done same day. My husband took my car to drop it off and he was there over 3 hours. 3 freaking hours to drop off a car. He had to put a $1,000 deposit down because he didn’t have one of my credit cards and no one called to speak to me. I assumed the deal ship would be taking care of most of this since it was their screw up. There were SO many laws broken. The rental car was in my name and had all of his information for payment and he signed out the vehicle. He should have never been allowed to take a rental under my name, it should have been under his. After three hours of waiting he was allowed to get to work BUT was repeatedly told the car was to back by 5pm the next day. No big except my car wasn’t ready for three days because they hadn’t even painted the door yet. Finally got my car back and after a week they called to tell me the $1,000 they had no idea where the money came from and hadn’t processed the refund even though they said three days from dropping off the rental. I was told a week ago the refund was processed and I’d have my money that day, then a different called to say I needed to pay additional money for gas and it would be another week before a refund would be issued. She was also going to call me back and never bothered too. I did call and speak to Tim the GM Who basically said he would look into things and call me back. Shockingly, he also never bothered to call me back. I have never dealt with such a mess and a business that just flat out doesn’t return calls. Things happen but this was ridiculous. I would NEVER do business with this company again. What a way to ruin such a big moment in my life, this was my first new vehicle and this whole mess just destroyed the enjoyment of it. More
