"Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with "

Purchased 2 vehicles in a years time, the last vehicle I purchased I had approximately 6 moths and my transmission went out there service department thought it was ok to install a used transmission without even consulting with me they received around 3200 from my warranty and another 750 from me, got my car to the house and there is a transmission oil leak now I take it back they want more money do I take car back now there is a leak approximately 4 times bigger than the first. I have dealt with many service departments and this is by far the worst there is I don’t know much about law but if I did I would not think twice about a law suit for the port service they provide and still gave the nerve to charge while causing additional problems to a vehicle and still want you to pay for their mistakes.

Scott , Service Advisor went above and beyond my customer expectations for Service. Highly recommend this dealership for service and honest business. Only complaint don't charge Cadillac prices when Chevrolet, GM and Cadillac are all the same except for the Cadillac emblem . Thank you.

"OMG!!!!!"

PLEASE for the love of GOD Do NOT let what happened to me happen to you! First off, went in to buy a truck and they put me in a nice truck little high on mileage but had it for a few then was told to bring it back. So I did, said too high milage bank wouldn't approve. So, they found me an even better truck, less milage. Less monthly payment. ONLY 640.00 For 2011. Anyways, it gets alot better. I also baught the extended platinum warranty. Good thing huh. Cause steering angle sensor went bad. That was not covered so I paid 500.00. Then I'm driving on the highway and my steering wheel feel in my LAP . Scary. Kids both peed themselves and me too! They got mad cause I didnt want to have them fix it. So, i took it to Weld County Garage and got my bill for 100.00 and a statement stating it was put back together or and installed incorrectly. I left it for a while, mind you I have been having my check engine light going on and off since I baught the thing. Well, long story short it was running lean both banks. Found out that it had 42 codes on the computer that was in the history of codes thrown by truck. Anyways, I put about 4200 dollars into it trying to fix it and keep it running. I had enough and said I have to take this into Ghent where I baught it and had my platinum warranty. I made an appt. Had me drop it off early in the morning and they never got to it so it stayed over night. In return they lied and said we are all out of rentals. I could tell there was still some animosities from last time they had my truck. They were made cause I didnt let them fix it after I could have died along with most of my family. Anyways, i get a call next day saying they cleaned out fuel injectors and everything was fixed. I thanked them and paid. Guess what my check engine light came right on as soon as i sat down. They said change the oil and drive it a few days. So I did. Still a check engine light so I took it back in. I find that gasoline is getting into my crankcase. If you dont know this means my engine is SHOT! They called and said will you give permission for us to take top half apart to see if warranty cover it? I said how much if it dont? She says 1872.00 and that is us just giving it back to you in the same condition. That isnt yo fix it. I guess that is standard procedure so an adjuster can look in engine. I said no way, they will say its normal wear and tear. So, now I have a vehicle that I owe 50000.00 on and it should have NEVER BEEN SOLD TO ANYONE with the code history and then sold a warranty. This truck is and was a lemon and it was easy all they had to do was clear the check engine light. I ended up getting a piece of paper on accident that was there copy and I only got 1 but there were 3 and it should all the warranty work done to the truck. I couldn't belive what I saw....... Just about everything besides the engine had been replaced. Why? Not sure. They were given an opportunity to call me. Tim Ervin or Bob Ghent and make this right. No CALL! Oh yeah and they made me pay them again to tell me they did a second diagnosis on it. That's wrong right there.!!!!!! I am beside myself they almost killed my family the first time now they have got my wife and I so stressed its killing us. Literally!!! I support my family and I have a business that I cant run now. Family I cant support. All cause they wanted to get rid of this vehicle. I am soooooo sad and hurt. They could have at least made it right and said we screwed up let us fix this. That's customer service. I'm not the first and wont be the last. I WILL NOT LET THEM WIN. IM NOT A VICTIM!!!

Mark First, I want you to know that I have not yet received a voicemail from you. I will leave my number at the end to make sure you have the right number to reach me. I have reached out to you multiple times at a phone number ending in 6438. This number states the mailbox is full and I am unable to leave you a message. I also received a voicemail from a gentleman named Richard who states he is your "rep". Unfortunately he did not leave a phone number to call him back. I have talked to our service manager to try to glean some details since I have been unable to reach you. According to him, you and he have had conversations. He advised that you are still under warranty but the warranty needs proof of oil changes. He was awaiting you to provide proof of oil changes, that you stated you did yourself. Took my Cadillac CTS in because the splash guard had come loose. Didn't even have an appointment and it was a late Saturday afternoon. Ron and Chris got it fixed right away. I am extremely satisfied and amazed by the great service.

"Terrible Terrible Place"

So beside my initial buying process which was nothing short of a pressure filled shady deal in which the salesman told me a price and when we went to finance was thousands more than advertised. I told him this is not what we talked about, so he left and came back with a price closer to what the payments should have actually been. Now, i scheduled an oil change, they had no record of me making an appointment. So after waiting almost an hour I look into the maintenance area and see my truck sitting there. another 20 minutes goes by and i still see it sitting there so i ask someone if it is done. he says yes but they lost my paperwork. So i finally go to leave and they had washed my truck which may have been nice had they not put scratches down the side. Also be prepared to answer annoying calls about buying a new vehicle after you already bought one, get your email and mailbox full of ads, but hey if that's what your into Ghent is for you.

"Don't find service like this much anymore!!!! "

My car was out of commision. We called another place prior to calling Ghent however, yhe gentleman on the phone at that place was not overly nice so we called Ghent. The gal that answered the service phone call was so helpful from beginning to end. We got the car to them and got a rental car from them also. I got to pick what I wanted from their cars too! We got the car to them after they closed, they opened at 8:00. By 11:00am they had called and mycar was done! They also took care of the rental car! Tonya is AMAZING! She puts her customers first. We will be coming to her for all of our needs with vehicles.

"Best Cutomer service"

I took my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu in to have oil changed and to have a license bracket attached. The wait was short for the oil change, and they ordered my bracket. The bracket was in early the next day, I did not understand the process to have it installed, and the Service Manager, Ron, and Service Advisor, Tonya, made sure I left the dealership with bracket attached, and were very patient with me. I will ALWAYS return to this dealership for all my service needs!!!

"GREAT EXPERIANCE !! "

This dealership went above and beyond what they needed to! We needed some work done on our vehicle that we had purchased threw them, which was a fantastic and easy experience all in it's own. The service department was exceptional!! They got our vehicle in right away, the parts were ordered as fast as possible, and they kept in contact with us about updates. They took care of all the warrantee information, problems and paperwork and there were no kinks in that process as well !! The most wonderful part is when they found out it was going to take longer than expected, they loaned us their customer rental car, and we ended up needing it for 2 weeks, with no charge. You can tell the whole company works so well together as a team, and when that happens everything runs so smooth!! Highly recommend them for any vehicle needs you may have!!

"Service Dept"

Made an appt a week in advance for oil change/tire rotation...was on time for appt. 3 men at service desk just looked at each other, one finally asked the other if he wanted to take me...to which he replied, "take her information, I've got this to handle." Xavier asked me my name and phone # and said some would come into waiting area to sign paperwork. About 40 minutes later, another service man came in to tell me my car was done...I asked if they did a courtesy wash, he sighed and said "I guess we could do that" and left paperwork at cashier desk. When I saw the charges, I asked if they rotated the tires. She said no and went back out to service area, where they completed the tire rotation. I told them when I dropped the car, I had a coupon for both, but the charges did not reflect, so the paperwork had to be done again! All the while, a Manager asked how my day was going. When I said I'd had better service, he replied "oh, I'll walk you out". Xavier was on the phone , pointed to my car and continued his phone conversation . I asked if the key fob was in the car, so the Manager said "well let's look, and proceeds to search my car...looking for the fob. I went back to the desk, where Xavier, still on the phone, handed me the fob. Sorry, but rude behavior and nonchalant professionalism, will not bring my business into this dealership. However, I continue to receive their advertisements, and solicitation for my business...really?
