My experience with Ghent was Horrible. All I wanted was a price and had to deal with to much onslaught prior to getting a price. Terrible sales tactic. I have had my truck in the service department three times within the last month and paid the dealership over $2000 and have not had my truck fixed. They offered no help. Purchased a brand new Chevy on May 12th called back on the 24th the brake master cylinder was leaking they told me it would be the 10th of June before they could look at it 10 days! Made an appointment for service on my GMC on Friday April 30. Dropped off vehicle the night before. On Friday at approximately one, I got a call from them telling me they couldn’t get to my vehicle because 30. Dropped off vehicle the night before. Will not go back to them. There are too many dealers to waist my time on this one. I should have known better. Tried to buy a vehicle there and the experience was horrible. Ended up buying a Ford.
