Treated like family You always expect the worse when you choose a dealership for a vehicle purchase. I should know as I used to work at one. But from the very first inqu You always expect the worse when you choose a dealership for a vehicle purchase. I should know as I used to work at one. But from the very first inquiry phone calls and from the moment we arrived at Ghent we were treated like family. We did not make the purchase on our first visit but after talking through our options and deciding on the price we made our second 300 mile round trip journey to pick up our vehicle. More concerned about making a sale The sales team was very kind and helpful in the car buying process but it took far too long to get the process done. However, the car had issues short The sales team was very kind and helpful in the car buying process but it took far too long to get the process done. However, the car had issues shortly after the purchase and both the sales manager and service team will disrespectful and condescending. They did not care about any of these issues and it was our problem now. They made their commission and the quality of the vehicle was not their concern. I would not recommend this dealership and don’t expect quality customer service after the sale is made. More

We were sold a Lemon 2 years ago we bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse, and noticed there was a clunking noise from the rear end. I took it to the service department several tim 2 years ago we bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse, and noticed there was a clunking noise from the rear end. I took it to the service department several times and they told me each time there was nothing wrong. After feeling defeated I waited a year until I heard the noise even worse and my husband took it to another mechanic, where they easily pinpointed the problem with the rear differential. $1800, and now the front is making the same noise. Today I had an appointment in the service department to look at it, and waited for an hour and a half until I realized they hadn’t even moved it or looked at it. Only checking my Check Engine light when I was ready to leave. More
