2 stars Wasn't blown away by customer service. My expectations are going to be rather high when I spend nearly 40k for a vehicle, and just wasn't very impress Wasn't blown away by customer service. The detailing was sub-par when I picked up the vehicle, felt like it was probably rushed. Also the only time I've ever bought a vehicle where the dealer didn't bother to fill up the fuel tank. The process seemed rushed, they didn't return a few phone calls/messages I left, and the priority was more on the current deal and not on future business potential in my opinion. More

Trouble obtaining a Title We had a horrible experience trying to obtain the title of a vehicle we bought at Ghent. We've had to put on 3 temp tags, and are still waiting to jus We had a horrible experience trying to obtain the title of a vehicle we bought at Ghent. We've had to put on 3 temp tags, and are still waiting to just be able to plate the vehicle. Very stressful and dissapointing to say the least. Was made to feel like a bother from several of the employees, and treated rudely when this was something that was not our fault. Makes me never want to purchase a car again :( More

Worst Dealership EVER!!!! If I could I would give them zero stars!!!! I bought a car 6 months ago and on the first time I took the car on the road the transmission FAILED. Whe If I could I would give them zero stars!!!! I bought a car 6 months ago and on the first time I took the car on the road the transmission FAILED. When I bought the car the service engine light was on and they assured me it was nothing, (they said it was probably a loose gas cap) and sold me the car. I called to have them replace the parts and they will do literally nothing...they took our money, every last penny they could get from us for that used car $6,000 and we got we got 5,000 miles for it....that was it. Do NOT buy a car from these people! All of your money goes to smoke and mirrors and fake friendliness. They gave all the right assurances at the time, advised us not to get the extended warranty because of the miles on the car so with good faith in them we spent everything....now we have nothing. More
