ARGUED with me for 20 minutes in a SHOUTING match till i threw him OUT of my RV.. i questioned why my bathroom sink empteid into the black water tank and not the grey water tank.. turns out its just madethat way BUT KEN the arrogant tech, instead Drained the blackwater tank for no reason and without it requested an chare ANOT?HER $135 for that!! other servie item.. i said the jacks work fine but no light comges on to show the jacks are fully retracted.. again he charged aonther $135 FOR THAT.. when its also the way the RV is made, NOTHING was wrong with the jacks.. so he said he topped off the fluid forthe jacks.. for $135 bucks... total bill $820 dollars AFTER the full coverage insurance was supposed to pay forhe replaced AC unit....!! NEVER go to this Dealer. More

Best Buying Experience EVER! We were on the hunt for a particular kind of RV, being class, length, layout etc. and our experiences at every other dealership before this along with We were on the hunt for a particular kind of RV, being class, length, layout etc. and our experiences at every other dealership before this along with any sort of RV shows were deplorable in comparison. We were either treated unfairly, not taken seriously, completely ignored or just dealt with people being flat out rude to us. Then we randomly picked this place to stop into when we were in the area for the day from Orlando. We arrived and parked and we weren't hounded, we started to walk around a little and then Eric Snyder approached us in a golf cart and it turned out that he would be the absolute PERFECT person for us! We weren't planning on buying that day and we were completely honest with him on that and our plans but he knew we were serious about buying soon because of it. He gave us the BEST experience EVER. He showed us a few that were within our criteria and they didn't quite fit us and then he showed us the Coachmen Mirada and we fell in love and knew right then it was the one. We started asking him questions about custom installs and changes, etc and he was on top of it and made it all happen. He really took care of us. We returned the next week for a test drive, then the following week for purchase and we felt nothing but love and excitement from start to finish and every day thereafter. Not just from him, but everyone who was around us when we were there and that whole process. Kyle Scudder was our finance guy and he made that such a smooth process and he was genuinely happy for us as we celebrated our signing. Eric had our new rig all set up, plugged in, cooled and ready for us. He and Phil Grosvenor took us out there, opened the door to let us into our new RV and let us have our moment to share our excitement and new journey. This dealership and the people that make up this particular location make you feel like you're at home and family. We have a love and respect for them and vice versa. Eric and Phil both have become great friends of ours that we keep up with often, especially with our travels in the RV and we could not imagine what our lives and experiences would be like if we went anywhere else. The service department has done an outstanding job as well. Kevin, Ken, Tony... they made things happen for us. The service department did a custom install of a washer dryer combo unit right after we purchased and we made something that never happened before, happen and work smoothly! They also did the install for our tow hitch for the RV and our Jeep, as well as the rock guard on the RV. Richard did our tow hitch installs and again, another perfect team member that went above and beyond and surprised us in more ways than one. He treated our Jeep with the utmost care and he even custom painted certain parts of the install to match our black jeep so everything would blend in - he's a badass. Their lifetime warranty is no joke!!! Tony makes magic happen whenever something comes up and parts or fixed or replaced at no charge. It's been an absolute dream come true. We never thought that a team like this existed, but we are beyond lucky to have found it! We could say that we HIGHLY recommend them, but that simply wouldn't cut it. The team of people that we've had the pleasure of collaborating with have been the perfect team to meet our needs - even before we knew what they were sometimes and we are forever grateful that they made a challenging search and buying experience into a dream one we could never have imagined. Fixing awning on living quarters horse trailer I made my appointment and showed up at given time. I had been previously asked to leave trailer for awning repair. As I arrived for appointment, I spoke to Kevin Mills. He assessed damage with the assistance of two other technicians. After thorough investigation of problem it was decided that it could be fixed in a timely matter, easy fix! Done in about 20 minutes and didn't have to leave trailer. Yes this was unusual but in the end because the problem was an easy fix it was done on the spot. I then had to go into parts department for an additional sewage hose. She (working at 9:30am on Monday,April 24) helped me decide what to order and considered cost. Found that Giant Recreation World in Ormond Beach was friendly and professional. Would recommend any RV work to this business. More

Did some maintenance work I did not buy an RV from this dealership. They are part of a warranty network that is in with the dealership I did buy my RV from. Long story short. I I did not buy an RV from this dealership. They are part of a warranty network that is in with the dealership I did buy my RV from. Long story short. I bought my RV and immediately went on a road trip. As with all RV's (mine is actually a 5th wheel) things get loose, somewhat broken, and just plain jarred as you travel a long ways (1500 miles in 7 days). I had a few minor problems and one major one. So I called the warranty department at my dealership. They worked with me to set a time to drop off my rig for as short as time as possible on part of our trip. They gave me a scheduled time to be at Grand Recreation World (GRW) it was 10 am on Wednesday. I pulled in promptly at 10 and headed to Service. I spoke to Kevin Mills who was very helpful. He immediately went to my rig and reviewed my problems. In a very nice manner he told me "before he worked on it" that some of the items might not be covered by warranty because they should have been figured out at my walkthrough (for instance my stereo was miss wired so the 3 speaker system was only set to a 2 speaker system. Things like that, he said might come out of my pocket if the manufacturer decided not to fix it. He said that my dealership should fix those, which after I called them they said they would when I get back in town. I was not in any way upset with GRW about this, in fact I agreed with them and was glad they told me "before" they worked on it. So the major problem was my Fridge was on the blink, Hot then cold then intermittant. He said he would send a tech out to look at it, that the Fridge was covered. Now I met Andy Voitlein the service tech. What a knowledgeable person. He got his tools and checked the Fridge. Come to find out there was a loose wire that was the problem so he fixed it and all was fine. He spent about 15 minutes with me and then another 15 going over my wiring and some electronic questions I had. All including the repair, free of charge. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road. I expected to be there for the most part of a day. Andy even suggested a few items the buy that would help me in RVing in the future. Most were not items the GRW store sold, so I know he just wasn't trying to drum up business. I really appreciate GRW, their staff and the honesty they displayed. While I'm in Florida I will turn to them for any problems in the future. More

Skylight cover Had the skylight cover on my rv replaced. It was an insurance claim. Had to make 2 trips. First time wrong part was sent.
