Annual Maintenance of RV I purchased my RV a year ago from this site and they have always been a phone call away as to answering any of my questions as a first time RV owner. I purchased my RV a year ago from this site and they have always been a phone call away as to answering any of my questions as a first time RV owner. But I was again impressed with my service with them at my first annual maintenance visit. Because my RV was a slightly used vehicle, I decided to purchase the extended warranty. For the fist time, I can say what a relief that did, because I it turned out to save me close to $2,000. Kevin, the service manager was super nice in explaining that I needed, which was a new toilet and AC and that these items were covered under my warranty. Not only was he thorough in explaining what was going to be completed with the maintenance visit, but he assured me that I would have the RV back in a day - and I did! Quick, efficient, great prices, no hassle and friendly ... you don't see that type of customer service anymore and that is why I have recommended Giant Recreation World of Ormond Beach time and time again. Great team there of Chris, Kyle, Phil and now we can add Kevin to my positive experience with this organization. More
Outstanding facility with five-star customer service! I needed to replace a fresh water system pump on my motorhome this past Saturday as I was passing through the Ormond Beach area, so I figured I'd try I needed to replace a fresh water system pump on my motorhome this past Saturday as I was passing through the Ormond Beach area, so I figured I'd try Giant Recreation World in Ormond Beach, hoping, at the very least, that their parts department would A.) be open and B.) have the pump I needed. Not only was the parts department open, but they had an exact replacement pump available. I was next asked by Kevin Mills (Service Advisor) if I needed any help installing the pump (which I did), and at that point, Kevin advised me that someone would meet me outside to help install the pump immediately. Our technician, Bernie, had the replacement pump in and operating perfectly within thirty minutes of when I first arrived. Truly an outstanding tech with LOTS of experience. Kevin and his crew are FIRST CLASS in customer service. It didn't matter that the motorhome was not purchased there....they were more concerned about trying to help and resolve my situation. Great people here, folks...and their new facility in Ormond Beach is absolutely beautiful!! By all means, put this dealership on your list for anything that you may need if you're in the area or just passing through. Ken K More

They helped by walking us through some problems while camping and greeted us yesterday with sincere apologies that we're of no fault of theirs. I HIGHLY recommend Giant Recreation World and will tell everyone to use them and their service department. More
Great experience I had just left a RV show in Daytona and found Giant Recreaition World on line, mywife and I were met by Dennis Miller Sales. We looked at some of the inventory and found a 2017 Forrest River Salem Hemisphere was the type of RV we were interested in and moved toward purchase. As the process went on Ryan (Finance) reached out me and agreed on the deal, he was extremely helpful. We then went on to meet Doug Rogers who walked us through the RV and answered all are questions and again extremely helpful. We agreed our hitch would be moved by the Service Dept. and as we moved my vehicle Service representative told me my hitch would not work and would have to be purchased. Doug came to our aid and recommended the new hitch, which service replaced the old on I had. The service representative walked me through the hitch process, very satisfied. Although our walk through was great we found that when we camped the first night issues regarding the RV were found I called Doug Rogers and asked my to call Antonio Franquiz (Warranty) After finding additional problems not serious I was in contact with Tony who would begin the process under the warranty once he received the pictures of our problems. I also brought the RV as we left the campground on Sunday 6/4 and the Sales manager took time to look at the problems since I would have to explain by phone and he could let Tony know what he seen which I appreciated. I would like to thank everyone this is one of my wife's dreams that came true. More

arrogant tech, over charging and NOT fixing Ken Renaud worked on my RV, the written out service items were roof ac does not turn on. tht was fixed.. back up camera is in mirror image and will Ken Renaud worked on my RV, the written out service items were roof ac does not turn on. tht was fixed.. back up camera is in mirror image and will not correct so left side is on left side of the monitor.. this he did not fix, ahrged $135 to move the camera wire from input 2 to input 3 and INSISTED he fixed it.. even though i showed him that left of still on the riht on the monitor.. ARGUED with me for 20 minutes in a SHOUTING match till i threw him OUT of my RV.. i questioned why my bathroom sink empteid into the black water tank and not the grey water tank.. turns out its just madethat way BUT KEN the arrogant tech, instead Drained the blackwater tank for no reason and without it requested an chare ANOT?HER $135 for that!! other servie item.. i said the jacks work fine but no light comges on to show the jacks are fully retracted.. again he charged aonther $135 FOR THAT.. when its also the way the RV is made, NOTHING was wrong with the jacks.. so he said he topped off the fluid forthe jacks.. for $135 bucks... total bill $820 dollars AFTER the full coverage insurance was supposed to pay forhe replaced AC unit....!! NEVER go to this Dealer. More
