They had exactly what we were looking for on their used car lot, so we contacted the dealership, negotiated the deal (including trading in our old vehicle) and had the financing in place before we made the 3.5 hour drive over from Georgia. There were no surprises or extra add-ons when we got there; we just test drove the Expedition and signed off on the deal. Randy Baugh knows that folks don't have time to play the "let me check with my manager" game. His sales staff is straightforward and to the point - they respect their customers!
