Purchased a new 100k 2026 corvette from Gilchrist chevy in July drove 6+ hours to pickup the car from Oregon. They "handled" everything involving DMV/OREGON TAX'S. Turns out they didn't handle it. Lots of phone calls lots of we took care of it we will call you when its resolved bull. Today 3+ months later and I was informed by the dealership that is up to me to pay the DMV fees and the tax of some kind. They can't "guess" what the fees would be but the charged me dmv fees during the purchase......really I have never had to deal with this kind of garbage. I told them to keep me as a customer happy to just pay the $400 fees i will now have to pay. I was told NO its my problem now. I buy new cars ever two years but it wont be from Gilchrist Chevrolet or their other dealership. More
