Had the most difficult time scheduling appt online. Had two failed attempts at calling the service dept to make an appt. I thought the online appt was confirmed. I called the service dept (4th attempt) & got a person who did verbally confirm my appt. Showing up for appt had to wait for Checkin as only on person at the service desk. When my turn to check in the service person could NOT find my appt on the schedule. She told me because of this service would possibly be delayed and car possibly have to be kept overnight! Yikes! Just too many glitches for a decent rating. Computer system is rediculously difficult to navigate. Counter staffing for checking in is inadequate and causes long waits/frustration. Cashiers were ver efficient at taking my money I noted! One star rating may be too high! More
