Showed up to their service department with error codes and it took 4 days to “correct” the issue, but returned it with the same error within 1hr of pickup. It took the assistant manager to finally explain and it took 4 days to “correct” the issue, but returned it with the same error within 1hr of pickup. It took the assistant manager to finally explain how they came to an 1200 repair with no printouts of hrs charged or parts itemized. They charge $165 per hr, so good luck getting out of their with your shirt on. When asked to speak to the manager, he was very unavailable despite contacting multiple times over multiple days. After finally getting a hold of him, their was no apologetic attitude and no desire to correct anything in our transaction, except giving half off of the fix they should have caught before they released it back to me. Please don’t spend your time, money and the headache on this business. Sorely disappointed is not even the half of it. The apathy is palpable, the customer service is completely void. I will never buy a Chevy /GM vehicle again as a result of these interactions and the money spent on gas to drive somewhere else is money well spent. Expect to see this post everywhere I can place it.
