When scheduling a oil change from the time it is scheduled to do the oil change and the time it takes for the person to get the vehicle back. I would think it would be less than a hour wait but it’s scheduled to do the oil change and the time it takes for the person to get the vehicle back. I would think it would be less than a hour wait but it’s more like a hour and half if not more to wait which seems a little long considering it’s scheduled and no other work is being done. More

My Traverse just needed a quick multi-point check before an upcoming road-trip. The schedule was pretty full for about a month out but I called back and got in sooner because of a cancellation. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. Informing me of the cost estimate at checking would have been helpful. Came in for free oil change and tire rotation. However I later recently a call that I need additional services that would add approximately $110. Was a bit surprised that total bill came to $548.
