This dealership is a total sham operation especially the service department. Chuck White and the other so called “service writers” have terrible customer service and communication skills. Chuck failed to no service department. Chuck White and the other so called “service writers” have terrible customer service and communication skills. Chuck failed to notify me that my truck would not be finished the day it was supposed to be, then texted me 30 min after opening the following day the my truck was done. After picking up my vehicle the check engine light turned back on 1 day later. I called and left Chuck a voicemail which was never returned. Avoid this dealership at all costs! I have a service scheduled a different dealership to resolve my issues and will NEVER bring my vehicle to Gilchrist ever again. More
