How was there a vehicle inspection done, and this was not noted? Is there a difference in quality between my free oil change and a paid one? I would have expected that to have been found and mentioned, if not corrected. Consider me a little disappointed and concerned about future visits. More

Had vehicle at different dealer for a repair that wasn't done right, & when returned for clunking complaint after original repair, they said I had other problems. I took it to Gilchrist for second opinion, done right, & when returned for clunking complaint after original repair, they said I had other problems. I took it to Gilchrist for second opinion, & they discovered the problem was a loose bolt from the original repair, & the other problems didn't exist. Gilchrist did discover that I did need new brake pads, which I had them do. They also offered a shuttle service that was driven by a woman named Debbie. Being a previous truck driving trainer, it is my nature to observe other drivers. Debbie didn't know it, but I was paying attention to her driving. Debbie drives very well. I will be back. More
