Mike was a awesome salesman i highly recommend this dealership. I went to grey Chevrolet in port orchard cause i saw a used 2008 GMC Sierra i called they said it was available i drove down there and th dealership. I went to grey Chevrolet in port orchard cause i saw a used 2008 GMC Sierra i called they said it was available i drove down there and the owner mr. grey said it wasnt forsale to me because he was holding it for a friend/owner of titus ford and he didnt want to mess up there relationship with them. He also said that the guy was coming to look at it but couldnt get out of a fishing trip but that he would hold it for him. Mr. grey was very rude and acted like my family and i didnt matter at all. I went then accross the bridge and bought a 2020 sierra off of mike it was the beat choice i love my truck im glad grey chevrolet is a horrible place . More

Front counter help was fantastic. The service itself not so much. I got both low beams replaced, turn signal indicator fixed and an oil change. Cost about 900$ - pricey but thats what you expect from a quality dealership. I asked them to check all indicating lights and reset them. They informed me an issue with an exhaust leak was causing a check engine light. Understandable another costly repair for a later date. all the labor I paid for and they didn't even reset the “change oil” indicator. They rotated the tires but didnt reset the check tires indicator. Feels like it was the bare minimum effort I could have got the same for a 1/3 the price from any oil and lube shop. Really feel kinda ripped off. More
