The staff is very pleasant and professional. The wait time for a scheduled appointment is not reasonable for an oil change and tire rotation. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there, then the service too time for a scheduled appointment is not reasonable for an oil change and tire rotation. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there, then the service took 95 minutes to complete, again, I had an appointment, then a 30 minute drive back to my office. I can go to my local oil change and be done in 20 minutes. My time is too valuable for this. Unfortunately, this may not work going forward. More
